1.猪肉,糯米粉,香葱

2.将猪肉剁成肉泥,葱切成葱末。红糖用开水化开,备些芝麻待用。

3.将肉泥和葱花,红糖水,芝麻倒进糯米粉盆里揉均匀。觉得湿度不够,再加点清水或高汤揉匀。

4.取油豆腐撕开一个小口。

5.分别将拌好的馅酿进油豆腐里。

6.轻轻的用大拇指压紧,酿满、酿圆。

7.酿好的酿豆腐。

8.酿好的酿豆腐放进蒸锅里蒸熟即可。

9.我用电压锅高压的,大约半小时。用蒸锅时间需要长些,酿豆腐要蒸的熟透透的,软糯糯的才好吃哦!
